If you register your email address with us via this page, we will email you with the agendas of all our meetings at least 3 days before the meeting. We will also send you details of any special or Parish Meetings that are being held.


If you want to know the dates of future meetings before an agenda is published, please see the Parish Calendar on our Home Page and in the Parish Council section.

Draft minutes of past meetings can be normally be accessed via the Document Library on this website with 10 days of the meeting being held. Final versions of the minutes are available for viewing at Ye Olde Village Shoppe at The Green, Houghton.

All Parish Notices, Agendas and Minutes are also posted on the Parish Council Notice Boards at The Green, Houghton and in Churchill Avenue, Wyton-on-the-Hill, near the Children's Play Area.
